  • Inconsistent or missing weight logs will make you ineligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.

Adherence to the Standard Titration Path

  • Patients must follow the recommended titration schedule as prescribed.
  • Claims will not be accepted if patients remain on initiation or escalation doses for longer than the standard timeframe unless medically justified (e.g., tolerability concerns pre-approved by your prescriber).

Medication Adherence

  • Patients must follow their prescription instructions without missed doses or treatment gaps.

  • Failure to show evidence of these changes through consultation follow-ups or logs will disqualify your claim.

Seeking Additional Support

  • Patients must have actively sought additional support services, such as consultations with a nutritionist or health coach, when needed from the Happen team. If this has been gained externally then proof needs to be detailed fully in order to qualify for a refund.
  • These services, provided or recommended by Happen, are designed to enhance your results and maintain eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee.
  • To request a refund, please email the address below with your order number and a current full-length photo in fitted clothing. Ensure that your request is submitted between 180 and 210 days after the delivery date of your first shipment. ([email protected])
